Originally from North Carolina, Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from East Carolina University and then moved to Richmond, Virginia to work in Human Resources with a Fortune 200 company.  In 2000, she made a move to New Orleans and continued her formal education by earning a Master’s in Business Administration from The University of New Orleans.

 

One of Ms. Borrell’s passions is working with smaller businesses to help them realize their full potential by engaging with them around their people and processes.  She does this by closely working with the teams to understand their business so she can offer useful, tangible solutions to the unique issues. She focuses her efforts to understand the impact of the culture and the team’s success to find ways to optimize business processes that will increase productivity and growth. 

 

Amy lives in New Orleans and currently works at Entergy as Manager of Organizational Health. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, loves scuba diving, and loves to continually learn and read.
